Reserva Heitor farm is located in a privileged terroir to produce special coffees, which has a balanced combination between climate, altitude, soil and the traditional knowledge of the Heitor family.

We follow rigid and appropriate planting standards and proper choice of varieties; we plan and follow the management of the crop and soil; we use innovative processes and advanced technologies in all the production processes, harvesting, post-harvesting, storage, hulling and blends formation.

We make a sensorial analysis of our coffee lots and separate them according to the result. We rely on the technology of a traceability system that gives access to all information regarding the production process of our coffee lots. All this dedication and effort originate high quality coffees, which often point above 80 points in the SCAA methodology.

The most remarkable characteristics of our coffees are chocolate, caramel and fruit-flavored. A noble special coffee cultivated by those who are knowledgeable and taster of the product.
